Our typical lead time runs about 4 weeks for repeat parts and 5 weeks for new parts, depending on the specifics of your job. That timeframe covers everything we handle in-house. If your project needs an outside process like anodizing, we’d build in some extra time for that step. We’re happy to give you a more exact estimate once we take a look at your specs, so don’t hesitate to reach out!

We do not offer tube bending services but we can powder-coat bent tube parts as an added service for your projects.  And we do have some machining services for smaller orders, but do not yet serve large-scale machining jobs.  As C.R. Metal Products continues to grow, we are looking to beef up these departments to support more customers in their needs.

Yes, our team of engineers, fabricators, and drawings specialists will work with you and your team to ensure manufacturability, verify feasibility within tolerances, and propose design for manufacturing (DFM) and material adjustments as necessary.  We aim to collaborate with you to create the parts that fit your design needs and budget.

As the term “structural” can apply to everything from beams and columns to brackets and flashings, the simple answer would be “Let’s have a look at it.”  With regard to our strengths our lasers are capable of cutting up to 1 inch steel, but our sweet spot really falls between 5/8 inch and thinner.  We boast a press brake up to 12 feet in length for forming, and we weld both steel and aluminum.  Ultimately, we are fabricators who love to innovate and would love to explore your project with you.  If we are not a fit for your project, we will happily recommend a team who can assist your needs.
